Hello, I’m glad that you are here. Welcome to my website 🙂 I’m Dora and I live in Poland in Wrocław.
In 2010, my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. In one moment, everything that I knew about cooking, nutrition and life in the kitchen was turned upside-down. Not to mention about traveling and eating out…
It soon turned out that I also have had a strong gluten intolerance, which manifested itself with severe strong migraines for many years. After switching to a gluten-free diet, they completely disappeared. I’ve been on a strict gluten-free diet since 2012.

At first it was really overwhelming with the celiac life. You have to be careful all the time so as not to get glutened. If you have gluten-free child or teenager under your care, it’s really hard sometimes… frustration is mixed with fatigue and constantly being in the alert mode… Good organization, patience, humility, but also curiosity are the key.
Over time I have learned and accumulated a huge amount of information about successfully living and even traveling gluten free J

Traveling when you have celiac disease is not easy and can be stressful. Usually, you need to tailor your travel plans to places where you can safely eat or at least have access to a kitchenette and a shop well stocked with gluten-free products.

I got my first taste of traveling when I was teenager and participated in a student exchange program, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years.
I can’t travel as much as I would like, but I cherish every trip where I can explore new places, breathe in the atmosphere of somewhere new, meet locals, fellow adventurers, and immerse myself in nature to watch its beauty. I’ve always loved being surrounded by nature—it energizes me and gives me a sense of peace. Photography is another passion of mine, as I enjoy capturing the beauty of the world around me.

On my blog, I’ll share stories about the places that captured my heart—whether it’s because of their beautiful landscapes, warm hospitality, or how celiac-friendly they were. I’ll also share my photos, give you tips for gluten-free travel and lifestyle, and recommend safe places where you can enjoy your journey worry-free.

Feel free to reach out to me via email or Instagram—I’m always happy to share my knowledge, experiences and my photos. Happy exploring! 🙂
